American National Riding Commission Nationals Crowns Intercollegiate Champions

The American National Riding Commission’s (ANRC) Nationals were held April 16–18 at Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, VA. Judges included Bill Moroney of Keedysville, MD, and Anne Kenan of Dahlonega, GA. Savannah College of Art and Design took home the team victory over hometown Sweet Briar College. The University of Virginia team came in third, followed by Goucher College and Virginia Intermont College, with Centenary College coming in sixth for the weekend. In the Individual Finals, Kels Bonham of Savannah College of Art and Design bested Morganne Young of Sweet Briar College by two points. Karli Postel of Goucher College, Paul Frederick of Savannah College of Art and Design and Laura Hannick from Virginia Intermont College rounded out the top five individual placings.
