Kraut, U.S. Show Jumpers Impress at Antwerp

Lexington, KY -- Show Jumper Laura Kraut, who won the USEF Selection Trials for Show Jumping in March and the $500,000 Grand Prix of Charlotte (NC) in April, continued her winning ways in Europe over the weekend of March 17-18.
With Miss Independent, Kraut won the CSI4* Masters class at Antwerp in Belgium. As a result of this victory Kraut picked up a new car, winning a BMW ll6i. She also won the CSI4* Prijs Kyra K class on Olympia 90 and as a result of these victories was named the show’s leading rider.
Other American riders picked up victories as well. Richard Spooner and Ace won the CSI4* Prijs LOEWE and Jennifer Jones won the CSI1* Gold Prijs Dinner Events riding Tafary Quidam.
