Alicen "Ali" Divita started vaulting when she was 12 years old. She is a fierce competitor who doesn’t let much get in her way. In the summer of 2003, Divita broke her left arm and was unable to compete or practice until two weeks before nationals when her cast came off. She completed her season by representing the U.S. at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games where she vaulted to seventh place individually.
Divita is a student at the University of California-Berkeley. Additionally, she has served as the assistant coach for the Woodside trot and tiny tot classes for the last several years.
